SUPPORT COMMITTEE

This group of parents meets at HQ usually on the second Monday of each month that cadets parade, 6.45-9.30pm (all welcome), and are responsible for assisting the Commanding Officer with:
· Provision & Maintenance of Unit Accommodation
· Administration of Unit Funds/Budgetary Liaison.
· Insurance of items owned by Unit.
· Fundraising.
· Assistance with recruitment.
· Preparation & support of annual programme of local training & other events.
· Supervision and Risk Management of activities.
· Informing and involving parents in running of Unit.
· Promotion of unit within the community and Community Service.
· Fostering links with other units.
· Regular liaison with RSA, RNZAFA, etc.
